Minutes of sparsely attended meeting February 22, 2005

It was a dark and stormy night.

Meeting was called to order at 8:05 by President Pete Thelander.

Minutes from previous meeting are in Midget Chassis.

Treasurer/Membership report via email from Joyce Edgar. "We have 75 members renewed so far. March 22 is the renewal deadline after which we will publish the 2005 TCMG Directory. We have $7,235.89 but $4,261.67 is budgeted for specific items which leaves $2,974.22 free. "

Programs. Lloyd Hendrickson reported programs are listed in calendar of online website. Still awaiting ideas for programs for May, August and November.

Events: Gene Olsonreported 4 TCs showed for the Lame Duck kite fly. Bobbie Simon won the Lame Duck award. All of the TCs arrived and departed under their own power, but Bob Wilmer's mini van required auto service. It would not start despite the valiant efforts of Pete Thelander's TC trying to

President Thelander presented Gene Olson with a mounted TCMG Badge for his contribution as past President.

Butch Tarras gave an enlightening presentation about rebuilding oil pumps. Given the special tools and machining involved all present decided it would be far wiser to have Butch rebuild the pump, especially given the very modest price he charges.
