President Ron Simon called the
meeting to order at 8:05

state of order by 8:10.
Since our Secretary was probably somewhere on a beach drinking,

listening and was late in hiding under the table; so he was appointed.
President Ron presented a Plaque
of Appreciation to former President Pete Thelander, for Pete's
leadership as President.
