IN THE ALTELOPE VALLEY |
We make our way across the dusty roads of the valley in search
of California golden poppies. Above: Appell's recently detailed

"We've got an owl clover down here."

can call me "Sochi") in her perfect two-year-old-eese.

Arriving at the "TCMG Acre"
(which the Guild "purchased" from the Preserve a decade
or so ago) we finally strike gold! |

It's true....it is definitely the "year of the
poppy" and owl clover, and lupine, and Indian paintbrush,
etc. etc.
