TRIBUTE TO THE GOODMANS

A special celebration by members of the TC Motoring Guild in honor of Mike and Sharon Goodman on the occasion of their retirement after 50 years of service to the Southern California MG community.

Not to worry, Sharon, Remember, it's the TCMG and there's lots of good food!

Two non-drip TCs get prime parking in the Belland drive.

Old friends, the Goldsteins and the Elmans along with Gordon Glass, toast Mike for his 50 years as a "friend of the TC" and also Sharon for her work behind the scenes.

ODE TO SHARON

Here's our tribute to LCP Sharon.
EffervescenT, outgspoken and darin'.
She sometimes will bug ya,
But then she will hug ya.
You get tweaked, but you end you not carin'.

She spotted her love from afar.
And she knew he was truely her star.
Hard to know, though it's sweet,
How you fall for two feet,
Sticking out from under a car.

She's the brains of the Goodman machine.
And Michael will will know what I mean.
If it rolls, he can fix it,
Long as she doesn't nix it,
And provided he keeps the shop clean.

She chose Mike, and believe me, she's picky.
But a woman's devotions are tricky.
Sometimes in the night,
When she dreams of her knight,
And she calls out his name, she says Micky.

So here's to our beloved LCP,
From the members of TCMG,
By the heavens above ya,
You must know how we love ya.
And that's how it always will be.
