Program: David Mathison: “Driving a TC around Europe in the 1960′s”.  David will be talking about his experiences driving his TC through Europe in the 60′s and showing slides from his journey.

Events: The next TCMG event will be announced soon.  Our February event, the Lame Duk Cup, was a success as usual and enjoyed by all who attended.  Congratulations to Steve Simmons for winning the prestigious Golden Duck Trophy.  Photos of the event are available in the March newsletter.

Announcements: The TCMG executive officers for 2012 have been announced. They are David Edgar, Joyce Edgar, Gordon Glass, David Mathison, Gene Olson, Ron Simon and Steve Simmons (ex-officio).  Thank you to all who volunteered their services this year.  Also announced at the holiday party were the winners of our annual awards.  They are Steve Simmons (Frank Mason Award), David and Joyce Edgar (Earl Sargent Award) and Gene Olson (Breakdown Award).

Other news: Our December 11th holiday party was enjoyed by all who attended.  Special thanks go out to Art Ludwick for his always entertaining auctioneering skills, to Linda Simmons for her efforts in planning and decorating the event and to everyone else who helped to make the event a success.  We collected many toys for charity, and raised over $1,100 for the club from all of the generously donated auction items by our membership.
