The car has been in my family since 1963 when my brother Weller (Lee) bought it to use for college in San Luis Obispo. He drove the heck out of his TC during college and subsequently. While Lee kept up the mechanicals, the cosmetics deteriorated. In 1978, he totally dismantled the car in hopes of restoring it. Stuff happened and it wasn’t until 2016 that he took the project up again. I joined the effort and eventually bought the car from him, finishing a restoration in 2020.
Dashboard is 110 year old redwood burl veneer. Rear end ratio is 4.125:1 (MG Midget). Body paint and upholstery are newer versions of original colors. Chrome wire wheels. Additional D-lamp and turn brake/signal lights magnet-mounted on sides of gas tank.
