Our next meeting will take place on February 25. Pete Thelander will give a presentation on his recent trip around the country to race his 1934 MG NE at Watkins Glen and other venues. Some of his stops with the car included Monterey, Put-In-Bay Ohio, Watkins Glen in New York and GoF 94 in Oneonta New York.
Our January meeting saw five TCs show up, including Richard and Sandra Loe’s TC making its first trip after an 18-year slumber just to be there. Lets top that turnout in February!
See the Calendar Page for more program and event info.
Our next event is the Lame Duk Kup on Saturday, February 15. Start off the new year with a thrilling, no holds barred TC Motoring Guild miniature golf competition! The winner takes home our coveted Lame Duk Kup Trophy, to be treasured for one whole year. Lunch and awards will follow at the nearby Robin Hood British Pub. For more information, see the Calendar Page or the flyer in our January / February newsletter.
Lame Duk Trivia: A traditional events of over three decades and always the first one of the year, the Lame Duk Kup is an always changing event of competition and cheating, followed up by lunch and awarding of the coveted (not really) Lame Duk. Come test your skills and your ability to bend the rules to your advantage! To learn a bit about the history of this event, click here.
