New Regalia Item!

TCMG Spark Plug HoldersDress up your engine bay with these exclusive TC Motoring Guild spark plug holders! Features raised logos on each side, one with the TCMG logo and the other the M.G. logo. Inspired by spare plug holders found on pre-war MGs, each unit holds four 1/2″ reach plugs. Also great as a decorative item for your desk or garage!  See the Regalia Page for more details.

Conclave Dates Announced

Our 63rd annual conclave with the Abingdon Rough Riders will take place on October 12-14 in Morro Bay.  See upcoming newsletters or the Events Calendar for more information.

Cliff Lemieux Completes Restoration

Cliff LemieuxOn the evening of May 28, our members discovered a new TC parked in front of our meeting room.  It was the freshly restored TC of Cliff Lemieux out for its first TCMG gathering.  Cliff and friend / mechanic Bob drove the TC 100 miles round trip entirely on side roads to attend.  Well done Cliff and Bob!

meetings

Our next monthly meeting will be held on July 23 at the usual Studio City location.  Our presenter for the evening is TCMG member Cliff Lemieux, who will be giving us a presentation on the restoration of his long-owned TC 6373.

Learn the trials and pitfalls of restoration, and why Cliff says you should never take your car apart!

June recap: 36 members and guests attended our June meeting, with four TCs parked outside driven by Hanes, Spiegel, Loe and Wescott.  Thanks to Cindy Henkels for hosting the 21st annual picnic at her home!

For more meeting and event information, visit the Calendar Page.

events

Don’t miss this crowd favorite on August 24!  TCMG members Kay and Larry Einhorn will be hosting one of their world-famous Chicago-themed hot dog parties at their home in Encino. A short driving tour will precede the party.

This is an RSVP event! Please RSVP to the Einhorns if you plan to attend. See flyer (in the mail) for RSVP information as well as meeting time and location.

July Recap: 19 and guests enjoyed a day in Camarillo, with 5 TCs taking part in the event.  Loe, Reid, Simmons, Lemieux and Crandall all had TCs in attendance.
